Delete your account

How to delete your HomeScout account and data.

In the app

Open HomeScout, go to Profile and choose Delete my account, then confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@homescout.site from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will delete it and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, listings and photos, verification documents, saved homes, enquiries, messages and attachments, and notification tokens. Payment records held by Paystack are governed by Paystack's own policy.

Never pay before you view the property.
